Hi, I’m Amy Elliott.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified DBT Clinician and Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. I graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) with my Master’s in Social Work (MSW) in 2013 and moved to Indiana with my husband and our two boys in 2016. When I am not working, I enjoy going to the gym, taking Jiu Jitsu classes, and spending time outdoors.

My practice is a space where clients can process experiences at their own pace and develop tools to heal, grow, and thrive.

My Approach

I believe therapy works best when it’s collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in practical tools that support real change. My approach is trauma-informed and individualized, blending evidence-based practices like DBT and CBT with deeper, insight-oriented work to help you better understand yourself, regulate emotions, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
